FixnZip® isn’t your average zipper repair kit. It’s a replacement zipper slider that you can install without tools or sewing. No more replacing the entire zip system on Boat Clears, Sail Bags, Tents, Awnings, Clothing to name but a few. FixnZip is easy to use, just tighten the jaws down on the zip, using the lug screw. The strong “Jaw” design is adjustable to give the required tension and hold for any Zip.
Whether you spend your time in the backcountry or the back yard, you’ll be prepared for any zipper repair emergency with FixnZip®.
- FixnZip® replaces damaged or missing zipper sliders.
- Repairs broken zippers that separate or come undone.
- Fits a range of zipper sizes.
- Works on nylon coils as well as plastic and metal teeth.
- Can be used on both opened and closed end zippers.
Sizes
- Small (Zips 1mm - 4.5mm)
- Medium (Zips 5mm - 7.5mm)
- Large (Zips 8mm - 10mm)
Find Your Zipper Size
Start by checking the back of your broken zipper slider; most zippers have a size number (1-10) embossed on the back of the slider. Once you know your zipper size, our sizing chart below will determine which FixnZip® is right for you.
Small: Sizes 1-4
Examples: pants, skirts, fine garments, cushions, clutch handbags
Medium: Sizes 5-7
Examples: jackets, sleeping bags, tents, purses, duffel bags
Large: Sizes 8-10
Examples: wetsuits, boat covers, canvas tents, heavy duty clothing, jeep windows
Measure Your Zipper
Teeth/Coil Width
1 to 4.5 mm | 0.04 to 0.18 in = Small
5 to 7.5 mm | 0.19 to 0.30 in = Medium
8 to 10 mm | 0.31 to 0.40 in = Large
After ordering online, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your order details. Your order will then be confirmed within a few minutes of placing your order.
It is our policy to ensure we deliver to our customers in a timely manner. In order to achieve this we use a range of freight companies depending on the size and weight of your order. In some instances we may use a number of carriers to get your products to you. For example, chain may come by road, some electronic equipment by air.

Orders delivered to Australian Post Codes attract an $18.00 Flat Rate Shipping Charge* This excludes Bulky or Dangerous Goods
For Bulky Goods, Dangerous Goods and Remote areas.
If the cost to send is vastly different to our standard delivery costs, someone from our team will contact you prior to dispatch to arrange further payment or to issue a refund if you are not happy with the additional charges.
International orders will be charged at $0.00 initially and our staff will be in contact with a shipping quote. If the quote is not accepted the customer reserves the right to cancel their order and be refunded in full.
